Management reserves the right to change the opening hours due to season alchanges or exceptional events.
Bookings
Bookings are highly recommended for all services.
A credit card or a deposit is required to secure the booking upon reservation.
We recommend you to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your booking (if you arrive late,the length of the appointment will be shortened).
Any cancellation or postponement of appointments that will not be reported 24 hours in advance will be billed 50% of the cost of the reserved treatment. Treatments cancelled less than 12 hours in advance will be charged at full price of the treatment.
Towels & Accessories
Bathrobe and slippers are mandatory for the Relax & Wellness access.
A swimsuit must be worn. Remember to bring it when you come.
Rules of Conduct at the Spa
To respect the spa’stranquility, mobile phones are prohibited.
Before using all the spa facilities in the spa, ashoweris mandatory.
It’s forbidden to smoke or consume alcohol.
The Spa entry is prohibited for children under 16 years old, however they are allowed to receive treatments provided if they are accompanied by one of their parent.
Health
Please notify us if you have any medical particularity : allergies, injuries, circulatory problems or if you are pregnant.
Our treatments are techniques designed to promote well being and not medical or physiotherapeutic massages
Gift Voucher & Subscription
Our treatments may be offered in the form of*gift voucher and are valid for 1 year and not refundable.
Subscriptions may not be postponed.
Personal Belongings
We recommend you to place your personal belongings in the lockers provided.
Management accepts no responsibility in regards to their lost,theft or damage within the Spa.
